Privacy Policy

ZwiClick is a collection of small web apps published under the zwiclick.com domain and operated by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the apps collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to every ZwiClick app, including those served on their own domains.

Information we collect

Google account details. The apps use “Sign in with Google” for authentication. When you sign in, we receive your email address, your name and your profile picture from Google. We use the email address as your account identifier. We never see your Google password.
Content you create in an app. Tasks, notes, preferences, photos and other data you enter are stored so the app can show them back to you across devices.
Push-notification tokens. If you allow notifications, the app stores a device token so it can deliver them. Declining notifications does not affect anything else.
Technical logs. Our servers keep standard operational logs (request timestamps, error messages) for debugging and reliability. They are not used for profiling.

Google Calendar access (Lifely only)

The Lifely app can optionally connect to your Google Calendar. If you choose to connect it, Lifely requests permission to create, update and delete calendar events, and uses that permission solely to mirror the tasks you schedule inside Lifely onto your calendar. Lifely does not read, store or analyse any other events in your calendar. The access token is held in your browser only and is never transferred to our servers. You can disconnect at any time from within the app or from your Google account permissions.

ZwiClick’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

To sign you in and keep your data attached to your account.
To provide the features of each app.
To send notifications you have opted into.
To diagnose and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Access is restricted to the app’s own backend. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Third-party services

Google — sign-in, and Calendar for Lifely if you connect it.
Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage and authentication infrastructure.
Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications.
Google AdSense — the zwiclick.com landing page may display ads. AdSense may use cookies to serve them; see Google’s advertising policies. The apps themselves do not show ads.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items inside each app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days. Revoking the app’s access in your Google account settings also stops any further data collection.

Children

ZwiClick apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
